Our policy covers 30 days from receipt of goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return. It must also be in the original packaging with instructions and all applicable items/accessories.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. A restocking fee applies to items returned as defective or damaged and found to be in working order, or items returned without original packaging, instructions and or included components. Items returned used will also incur restocking fees. Any return where we provide a return label, must have the item shipped within 10 days of receiving the label. We will not accept returns that go beyond the 10 day window.
Improperly returned items will incur restocking fees that ranges from 10-50%. The restocking fee includes any shipping charges that are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny refunds based on the condition of the items received.
